Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude taxes, duties, and international shipping unless specified.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment for retail customers, or upon signed PO for approved dealer accounts.
Warranty
New OEM parts carry the manufacturer warranty (typically 12 months). Used OEM parts carry a 60-day guarantee against defects at time of delivery. Rebuilt parts carry a 90-day guarantee.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages, downtime, or consequential losses arising from part failure or shipping delays outside our control.
